To Committee: I gave the following description to Dave Carmona: "The Finance Committee consists of the immediate past Area Treasurer, the current Area Treasurer, a past-Delegate (elected by the Area), and two other members (elected by the Area)." (The Finance Chairperson is elected by the other four committee members.) FYI: The current Delegate is basically the overseer of all Area Committees and therefore, technically a member of each. However, he/she doesn't necessarily get listed as a standing member, nor does he/she necessarily wield any influence in the voting business of those committees. (He/she could vote to break a tie, if needed.) Is this acceptable to all? -Derek
