How to get your group registered and/or listed in the directory
  • Fill out a New Group Form or Group Change Form and submit it by mail or online.
  • On the registration form, be sure you have:
    • Group Name (Required)
    • Group Id or General Service Number (If known)
    • Complete meeting place address (Required)
    • Meeting Days & Times (Required)
    • Complete contact information for the GSR or Mail Contact (Required)
    • Put a check in the "Ok to be listed in the directory?" check box. (Required)
  • Only groups that provide the (Required) information get listed.
All new group registrations and group changes get forwarded to the Area Registrar who then sends the information directly to the General Service Office in New York, A.A. World Services. Once your information is added to their database, we add your listing to the Area 33 A.A. Meeting Directory.
