Area 33 - Searching for Meetings Updated 05/28/07

The Area 33 online Meeting Directory is currently not searchable for technical reasons. The Website Committee, made up of A.A. members just like you who understand the need for a better directory, is working on a searchable meeting database to be published in 2007.

In the meantime, you can use your browser's built-in search function to look for meetings by keyword(s). Following are instructions for the two most common browsers.

Microsoft(R) Internet Explorer(R)

  1. Place the mouse cursor anywhere in the body of the webpage, i.e. in the white space below the word "Monday".
  2. IE version 6 or lower: In the menu bar, select Edit > Find
  3. IE version 7: In the top right-hand corner, next to "Live Search", click the arrow and select "Find on this page..."
  4. Now type in a keyword, such as the name of the city or the name of the meeting and click Next as many times and you want to search for the keyword.

Mozilla(R) Firefox(R)

  1. Place the mouse cursor anywhere in the body of the webpage, i.e. in the white space below the word "Monday".
  2. In the menu bar, select Edit > Find in this page...
  3. In the bottom left-hand corner of your browser window, type in a keyword, such as the name of the city or the name of the meeting and click Next as many times and you want to search for the keyword.
