District Meeting:
District 7 meets with District 13 at New Hope United Methodist Church, 3401 Oakwood Boulevard, Melvindale, MI 48122. 1st Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM.
Geographic Boundary Descriptions:
NORTH: Paul St. at Southfield Freeway, east to Greenfield Rd., north to Tireman Ave. at Conrail.
EAST: Conrail at Tireman Ave., south to Wyoming Ave., over to Western R.R., south to John Cronk Ave., east to Hubbard Ave., south to Detroit River.
SOUTH: Detroit River, from Hubbard Ave., west to Great Lakes Ave.
WEST: City boundaries of Ecorse, Lincoln Park, and Allen Park to Southfield Freeway, north to Paul Ave.

District News:
We finally found a home! District 07 has finally found a permanent place to hold it's district meeting. Thanks to New Hope United Methodist Church in Melvindale. If your group is located in East Dearborn, Melvindale, River Rouge or Southwest Detroit, you are urged to attend.
We currently have a bunch of available service positions, including DCM & Alternate. For more information contact the Area Registrar.
The Admitted Defeat Group has cancelled it's Sunday meeting and now only meets on Wednesday's at 6:30 PM. Please refer to the online meeting list for details. The group is actually looking for a place where it can continue to meet two times a week.
The Sobriety For Beginners Group and the Working With Others Group have moved to a new location, New Hope United Methodist Church, 3401 Oakwood, Melvindale, MI 48122. Tuesdays at 8:00 PM - Sobriety For Beginners Group - this group follows the suggested Beginner's Meeting format provided by Area 33's Literature Committee. Tuesdays at 9:00 PM - Working With Others Group - this group holds a big book study meeting in open discussion format.
A printed directory has been completed for District's 7 & 13. We are planning some type of service event, either a sponsorship workshop or service fair. We will be reaching out to all GSR's for participation.
