If you do not find your group or find a discrepancy in the information, Group Change forms and New Group Registration forms are available online. Group Change Forms, New Group Forms and District Information forms are also available at the Area meeting or by contacting the registrar through the Area office at

For any change or new group registration we will need the group name, meeting location, meeting time(s) and contact for the group, usually the GSR. Please make sure you include the old information that needs to be changed when completing a Group Change Form. Long-standing groups which are not registered with GSO will need a New Group Registration to be completed, but you can identify the group’s start date, and that will become part of their record.

Remember to include a contact for the group with each change request or new group registration.
